Oscar is an 8 month old pitbull. He is all black with white paws. He is a good dog who is trainable. He may have issues in a home with another dog. He is good with cats, kids, and people. Oscar was a surprise. We were unaware that his mother was pregnant when we rescued her. She is my service animal.Due to my health condition I am unable to keep him. His situation is urgent as my neighbors have already called animal control.
