About Copernicus - Copper

Copper was found with his brother Bart and two other dogs on the side of the road. It seemed that they were dumped there. They show signs of abuse/neglect. They will eat everything they can. Copper seems happy most of the time. He is good with my cats and dogs. But sometimes too much energy causes issues (too many animals in the house). I think he would do better in a quieter environment. Sometime he chases the cats. He does fight with the dog he was found with. He is scared of men but good with male children and my boyfriend. He does well in a kennel when unattended. He can get out of the fence. Still working on potty training. Appreciates affection. Does not like his head grasped with two hands or kissed. Pet head with one hand. Knows how to sit for food and take food gently. At times, rough with children; mine are 11 and 15.
