About Roxy

Our family rescued her from a situation where she was left alone and the other family was not attentive to her. Our hearts are breaking as we love her and wanted to be her forever home, but she is not getting along with another dog we have and our trainer told us the environment is not the right fit unfortunately. We want to give her the best chance for success and happiness and want to find a good, loving home that will take her in and support and love her the way we have. She is VERY sweet and wants to be loved. Such a great snuggler and will lay on the couch or bed and sleep with no issues. She is sassy, but responsive and intelligent. She learns very quickly and easily but is stubborn when she doesn't want to do something. Potty trained, microchipped, fully vaccinated and is just spayed so it will be a couple of weeks before she can be rehomed. Has basic training with commands and leash/walking. Working on kennel training as well but she is not a fan and stills cries when left alone in the kennel or other rooms. She will come with treats, toys, a small kennel (will eventually need larger and more durable one as this one is chewed from anxiety in kennel) and lots of love. Adoption fee posted for serious inquiries only and will be donated upon adoption. She will do best as an only dog (hence why we are rehoming).
