Lucky is 2-year-old, STUNNING white Siberian Husky with bright blue eyes. He is a lean 65-lbs. He likes to cuddle on your bed, or on your couch, wherever you are. He is very affectionate and loyal with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Unlike a typical husky, Lucky is not a big barker. He is learning to keep all four on the floor when visitors come over, but he is usually friendly and mild mannered. On occasion he may be weary and takes time to warm up. In public, Lucky is the dog about town and enjoys being petted and complimented by everyone. Lucky NEEDS a fenced back yard( NO CONDOS) where can run off his energy. Lucky is very energetic, but he also knows when its quite time in the house and settles down very well. Lucky likes to pounce and play which would be problematic around certain dogs (like seniors) or nervous children. He is better with other dogs his age and agility level but he is friendly to all. He also lives with a cat peacefully. Likes & Dislikes: He loves walks, and he is trained on how to walk on a leash. He also rides well in the car, although a car harness is recommended. Lucky loves all sorts of toys, but Tug-of War is his favorite game! Training: Lucky is house-trained and can walk on a leash. He knows sit, stay and down and is relatively respectful of boundaries. He does not like a crate but can be left in a pen during the day. When left unattended/loose in the house for long stretches he has been known to take things off countertops but nothing serious. Lucky would benefit from someone willing to put time into training a young, eager dog. Children: Lucky has never lived with children, and with his tendency to jump as his way of saying hello, it is not recommended that he goes to a home with nervous children.
