About Chipper aka Skipper

Adoption Fee: $400
Corgi / Siberian Husky
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Chipper the Corgi/Husky mix is ready for adoption! Chipper is 4 months old, 20 lbs, current on his puppy boosters and has started on his heart worm prevention. He will need to be neutered after adoption and a neuter agreement will have to be signed before his adoption can be final. Chipper is great with other dogs but does have a lot of energy and can play rough so another dog in the home would have to be a good match for his energy and play style. Chipper also loves to snuggle on the couch and watch TV. He loves all genres from sports to animal planet. Chipper is now mostly house trained and is crate trained. We aren't sure how he is with cats, but he seems to love all creatures. He would be fine in a home with kids 10 and up since he does jump and can knock a small child down. Chipper loves to play outside so he will need a home with a securely fenced yard. No apartments please. Skipper is being fostered in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and will need to be adopted within 300 miles in order for volunteer transport to be arranged. Approved adopter is welcome to pick him up from his foster as well. Unfortunately, we don't have out of state rescue transport at this time.
