About Guava - Urgent

Handsome seriously ALLERGIC, young GUAVA needs out of North Central ASAP so his diet can be monitored and he can be his fully, friendly, playful self. This one-year-old+ was surrendered in October because his owners could no longer care for him. This neutered, brown and white charmer weighs 55 pounds. He is labeled 'minor medical' because he's highly allergic to chicken and eggs (no Lep vaccine). When he arrived at the Shelter, he was in a flare and had lost some of his coat around his eyes and paws.. But he'd doing much better on a strict diet (thanks to the Shelter Vet buying non-allergic food for him). He likely needs to be tested for more allergies, but, as is, he's been a ball of fun out in the yard with another dog.He could use some basic training, but he's such a sweetheart.If you have allergies or experience with an allergic dog, you know exactly what GUAVA needs in his forever home when it comes to food (currently no treats)..
