He arrived at the shelter with an embedded collar. Staff treated his wounds and they have all healed now, but the hair hasn't fully grown back yet. Bio: Man is a really good dog! It blows our mind that no one reclaimed him. He is happy and friendly with people and dogs, he even tried to get our tester cat to play. He has a very adorable way of begging as well! He can sit all the way up and balance on his back feet like a rabbit. We think he is going to make someone a really nice family pet. Additional Information: Shelter stray hold ended 10/27/22.
