Beautiful but very territorial and aggressive cat. Has attacked / bitten many people and I am at my wits end. When it's just he and I in the house he's pretty good, but visitors make him anxious and he may attack their legs. He is also intolerant of any other cat in the house and viciously attacks. This has led to a number of 'redirected' assaults against people, and hospital visits. I have tried Prozac, toys, etc. I hesitate to propose an adoption but my only other choice now is the shelter and certain euthanasia. I adopted him as a kitten and have dealt with this behavior far too long, unfortunately. I would appreciate any advice / suggestions.
