We were told that Max is a mini Australian Shepherd but he looks like a Border Collie. We paid for training for him but never followed through. Due to family health issues and now babysitting grandsons full time we don't have the time or energy. If someone local adopts him they can do the training. It's one day a week for 5 weeks and then reinforcing daily.
