Ratatouille looked like he lived in the worst conditions possible. Besides being all bones and no fur, he was covered in fleas. We could see them moving when we down on his level. The saddest of all is Ratatouille had a newer collar on that hung loosely around his neck. He has already had a little basic training and really engages easily with his handler. Ratatouille makes deep connection eye contact right away and then when the treats come out, he moves when we move. Despite being beyond hungry, he was still gentle. Ratatouille has big brown eyes and an even bigger heart. He smiles anytime we look his way. Ratatouille already looks so much better after some consistent meals, go figure. Come meet him at the CACC shelter in Chicago! Adoptions take place daily from 12p-6p
