Budders here and ready to find love this winter! I'm a 3 yr old Chihuahua mix with some weight to lose (15.5 lbs currently) I am moderate energy outside, but fairly laid back in the home. Bonus! I'm dog friendly. Cats are unknown at this time. I'm a little reserved with new people so kids need to take it slow. I'm NOT aggressive, I just might freeze in the corner. My foster mommy makes sure they move slow and offer treats. I LOVE people and dogs though. I appear to be house and crate trained, but you'll need to keep a schedule as I don't like to bark to alert you. Quiet is okay though, right? I sure hope that I sound like a fit because I am READY to roll right into a forever family. I'm neutered, current with vaccines and relaxing in Harrisburg, PA while you work through the application process. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. All are invited to meet our dogs, but only pre-approved adopters with all household humans and dogs present will be able to adopt at the event.
