Dear Santa, This Christmas I wish for one thing! I wish for a furever family of my own. You see, Santa, I just came to PA where a rescuer saved me from death row. I'm really awesome, Santa, so I don't think it's a far stretch to have a home for the holidays. I'm a playful and fun 41 lb, 2 year old hound mix. I'm told I have the most beautiful brindle colors too! I've only been here a short while but I'm already showing off my skills. I have so far shown my abilities to be mostly house and crate trained AND how gentle I can take my treats. By next week, I'll have shown off even more of my skills. I'm dog, CAT, and kid friendly. I am still young, so I have zoomies and love yard time. My vetting is also done! No more chances to have any pups, but that's completely okay by me! I'm a really happy guy and I sure hope that you can find a family who wants to meet me in Harrisburg, PA. I hope my wish can come true this Christmas Love, Gerald We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
