About Oliver

Meet Oliver! This handsome chocolate boy is a 7 month old male Lab/Newfoundland mix already weighing over 60 pounds. He's looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home. Because of his size and zest for life, Oliver will do best in a home with a family who has experience with young labs that need training and structure, and a home with older kids. He has never lived with a dog, so we are looking for a home with no other resident dogs. Once he matures and gets some guidance he most likely will be ok with other dogs but will need slow introductions in the beginning until we know for sure. Oliver does love the cat he lives with and can be placed in a home with a cat. Oliver would really benefit from exercise and manners training. Training is a requirement for his new family. This hunk of chocolate is going to be an amazing boy. He just needs someone to show him the ropes and how to be polite.
