About Zoey

Zoey is a 6-year-old mixed breed dog. She is part Dachshund and part Miniature Italian Greyhound. She is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. We call her velcro because she follows me everywhere. Unfortunately Zoey was attacked by our other dog and had to have surgery. She is all better now, and fully healed, but we cannot keep her with the other dog for fear of her being attacked again. They are separated right now, but that is not fair to keep her like that for the rest of her life. We need her to go to a home with no other pets. She is fearful of other dogs and we do not want her to be afraid of being attacked again. She is great with children and adults. She is fully house trained, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccines. We are going to be very choosy with her new owners as it is killing us to have to find her a new home.
