About Peanut

Peanut is a 2YO Lab mix who came into the shelter as a stray on 10/17/22. She weighs 37 lbs. Nothing ever really gets Peanut down. She's happiness dogified and always has a smile on her face! She's always looking on the bright side of things and ready to turn your frown upside down. Even when she came into the already overcrowded shelter as an injured stray with a microchip and her owner never came in to reclaim her, sweet Peanut's tail never stopped wagging. Peanut had a minor wound on her front, right leg, but it's healed up nicely according to our medical team�'�|but according to Peanut she would still like some healing kisses. She always gets excited to be loved on! Peanut's got all the energy in the world for playing, and she loves to run. She's stayed young at heart and still has a lot of puppy like excitement left in her.
