About Brutus

Brutus is a sweet and energetic chow/ Shepard mix that was abandoned in the country and rescued by Abandoned to Adored rescue. He has lots of energy, loves running on the farm along with the side-by-side. He will chase anything that runs if allowed. He loves to go into the lake to cool off after his runs. He needs a fenced in yard, unless you live in the county and he can open gates. He lived inside of the rescue until I brought him home with me so he could get more exercise and attention. I think he would make a great family dog/ protector if you are willing to put the time and energy into caring for and loving him! He will walk on leash, but prefers to run free. He's somewhat well mannered, he doesn't jump up on humans and he will sit. He doesn't demand affection like some, but he does like to be rewarded with treats and some love. He is a smart and easy going dog that would make someone a wonderful companion. Brutus is just wanting to find his forever home and I want him to have the best!
