He is friendly, likes other dogs, would likely chase cats (but prob wouldn't want to hurt them) and is great with kids. Carter is looking for a home that can give him the time and energy he needs to be the very best boy. Carter would love a physically fenced yard! Carter is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is waived to an approved adopter as he waits for a new home in an over-crowded shelter.
