About Jax

Jax is a sweet little girl who loves people! She bonds quickly and is devoted to her handlers. She enjoys her bath and is easy to handle. Jax likes to please everyone and will watch for cues as to what you want from her. She has great eye contact and is smart and alert. Jax would make a loyal, loving companion! She loves toys of all kinds! Once Jax discovered the toy box she now knows to go there to get a toy. She loves checking out the toys before selecting her favorite of the day. She lived with another dog prior to coming to animal services and she has been good in play groups. The play group leader states that she can be selective but is very playful. Although selective, she continues to show she enjoys the company of other dogs. She has not been with cats before so we don't know if she would like to share her life with a kitty but animal services offers a 'slumber party' option where you can trial them at home for up to two weeks. She is estimated to be between 2-6 years old and weighs 56lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, heartworm tested, and vaccinated.
