About DooPoo and Bean

Bean and Doopoo are an adorable pair of three-year-old sister guinea pigs looking for a loving guardian together. Bean is an Abyssinian brown agouti guinea pig with white and caramel markings. Her sister Doopoo is a tri-color Teddy Bear guinea pig with a short plush coat. Their family was from Mongolia and said Doopoo meant Tofu in Mongolian. These gorgeous girls get along beautifully and lost their home when their family got too busy with sports and travel to care for them. The girls eat unlimited timothy, orchard and botanical hays, share two cups of fresh salad each day and a 1/4 cup of pellets. Guinea pigs need daily vitamin C which they get from fresh pellets, a 1-inch square of red pepper, or some of their dark leafy greens. They love their salads and whistle for them. They are quite adorable.
