About Ari

Looking for an adventure buddy to hike, run, and play with? Then this is your dog! Ari is a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix who loves to play tug, fetch, and frisbee. He's great with other dogs, cats, and kids, although he's a bit rambunctious so older kids are best. He is a typical young Aussie with lots of energy and needs a family who is as active as he is. He learns fast and is eager to please, but if you're not the boss he will take full advantage. Probably best suited to an experienced owner who can be the leader. He will benefit from continued training and would love to have a job to keep his busy mind active. He's not a dog you can leave in the backyard all day so you'll need to have a plan for dog walking/daycare if you work a typical 9-5. Ari is crate trained, fully house trained, knows basic commands (sit, down), and walks well on a leash. This loving, goofy boy can't wait to find his forever home!
