Whiskey was dumped by his owner at a boarding kennel. Unfortunately he's not getting the amount of exercise he needs, he's going kennel crazy. He probably needs a home with a fenced yard and an owner who will understand he needs time to decompress. A trainer has done a little work with him and said he's very trainable and responsive.
