[email protected], 602-316-8919 (no texts please) Kilo is a wonderful boy that came to Fedwell Farm Rescue as a hospice dog. The shelter asked if we could provide end of life care for this wonderful boy. Well, he is doing great, he is extremely weak in his hind end but he gets along very well. He goes through the doggie door and will get in the kiddie pool which is about a foot tall. Kilo was confiscated from his owner since they would not provide medical care and was consistently loose with the owners given multiple citations. Sometimes the shelter is the best place for a dog since they can get the help they need. Kilo is on anti inflammatory medication. He is not neutered and the veterinarian does not think he could survive the surgery. However, if he continues to improve, we will ask that he be neutered. He is the only unaltered dog on the property, so we do not have to worry about baby Kilos. Kilo would love to be in a wonderful home for the time he has left. He is so sweet and you can see that he has had a rough life with the scars on his face. Kilo is approximately 10 years old and weighs about 55 pounds. Kilo could be an apartment dog, he is happy to watch Animal Planet while his family is at work or school;. Please come meet Kilo and provide him with the love he so much deserves.
