About Duke

Duke is a very VERY loving, sweet, beautiful, high energy Pointer. He is a puppy, but we cannot accommodate his energy. We have another male Pointer and they have played together GREAT and absolutely loved each other until recently. There have been three occasions that Duke has instigated a fight with our other dog. They are both about a year old and I think Duke is trying to figure out his place and wants to be the Alpha. Other than these three fights, the dogs have gotten along great and would play and cuddle every single day. I also take Duke to the dog park all the time with absolutely no issues. He gets along great with other dogs minus these three times. I don't know if this would happen again or not. I can't say for sure if he should be in a home without other dogs or not. He is a very loving and sweet boy who needs lots of room to run and someone who will show him lots of affection.
