About Ollie

Our family is moving to Germany, in January 2023, on a 3 year assignment for my husband's job. We are unable to take our sweet pup and we are very heartbroken about it. Ollie is a 6 year old Doberman-Pitbull mix. Ollie is house trained and crate trained. He enjoys his crate and views it as his safe space. When he has to go outside other than routine outings, he will hit a bell that's hanging on our door with his nose. Ollie likes most dogs if introduced slowly. He has lived with two dogs and gets along with several family dogs. He cannot be in a house with cats. He loves all children and absolutely adores our 1 year old son. He can sometimes be nervous around new adults and needs to be introduced slowly. Our routine is when guests arrive, Ollie is crated (his safe space). Once he gets familiar with people, he does just fine. Ollie needs a fenced in yard. He loves to play fetch and chew toys. He needs routine and structure. He believes he's a lap dog and is a big giant baby.
