Cute Quincy is a quiet, calm guy who is on the smaller side at only 38 pounds. He's estimated around 3 years old and DOG FRIENDLY! Quincy arrived at the shelter as a stray on 6/24 -- this poor boy has been waiting WAY too long for his forever family. Sadly it is typical for black dogs to be overlooked :-( He is also heartworm positive, but his TREATMENT IS FREE for an adopter.
