Arlo is a somewhat scared boy as he has never been socialized. He was neglected and left in a kennel often with no food or water. He has tender feet possibly due to time in a kennel. Arlo is unsure of other animals! He likes soft toys and likes to play. Arlo can be a calm boy just not good around other animals. Arlo needs room to run without a leash. He has never had that opportunity.
