About Buddy

This breaks my heart but would anyone be interested in becoming Buddy's new forever home??? Buddy is about 70lbs. 9 years old? He's a Lab/Dane mix. Long legs but smaller body. Buddy is people friendly, and a big cuddler. He loves being outside so a fenced backyard would be ideal. Buddy had a run in with another dog a few years ago resulting in some trama responses of anxieties (Particularly separation anxiety) and an aversion to other dogs. He also hates kennels but we've been working on it. He doesn't chew or dig. An ideal new forever home would be someone who has the time available to build a good solid bond with him to help with the transition as well as work through his traumas. He is a loving dog and has a heart of gold. He particularly loves older folks. He just needs someone willing and able to give the extra TLC. I wish I could keep him but having other dogs in my home from time to time and smelling like other dogs almost every day stresses him out.
