About Murdock

Murdock is looking for his furever home! He's a Border Collie mix (age is unknown). Murdock is a sweet, friendly guy who listens well and loves to cuddle. He is laid back and enjoys walks! Murdock is house, crate & leash trained. Murdock seems to get along with house cats. Slow intros are encouraged with other dogs as he may be dog selective. A previous foster indicated possibly no young kids. Murdock is 69 lbs and is available through Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control and is currently being fostered by me (message or email me)! House Trained: Yes! Leash Trained: Yes! Does not tug or pull. Loves to go on walks! Crate Trained: Yes (but is trustworthy to sleep outside of the crate - he did so on his staycation). Dogs: Slow intros - might be dog selective. Cats: Got along with kitten that I have. Previous foster said he got along with her indoor cats as well - might chase outdoor cats. Car Rides: Loves car rides! Tricks/Misc: Knows how to 'sit.' Very food-motivated and definitely could be easily trained to do more tricks. Murdock listens very well. If you correct him on something, he won't do it again (i.e. staying away from cat food, certain areas, etc.). Food-motivated!
