Bindi is housebroke, crate trained, has been primarily an inside dog. However, she wants to be outside, working the yard. Static collars have been ineffective. We do not live in place where a fence is possible. We live near a busy highway and are afraid she will be injured or killed. She will chase after wildlife at times but comes back. If we are outside, she stays with us. She needs a fence or a large farm. She hates being inside all day
