About Mario

Adoptions are scheduled by appointment only after an application has been filled out. If you are interested in adopting, please download an adoption application from our website TORescue.org and submit over to us. Please do not visit any shelters or rescue groups prior to coming into ours. We do this to keep our animals healthy and diseases from entering our rescue. Meet our newest rescue a 5-year-old Sulcata tortoise named Mario. He was surrendered to our rescue so he would have the opportunity to be adopted. He is well socialized and was raised in a family environment. He is in great shape and has been placed in a foster home. Mario is very friendly and loves to be around people. He doesn't dig, loves his veggies, and seems to be about 5 years old. He is healthy and very active. He is looking for a home with plenty of space filled with grass and his veggies.
