About CoCo

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. 5 year old female Chihuahua (spayed and up to date on all shots). Her name is CoCo and she is a sweet girl who carry's a few extra pounds. She is very low maintenace and is just as content to sit on the couch with you or lay in her bed close by. At night she will sleep in the bed or is content sleeping in her little bed as well. She has a crate, which she goes in when I have to leave the house to run errands. She does have what is called a Cherry Eye, which is simply cosmetic, it does not affect her sight or cause her any pain. They can surgically remove it but I just didn't want to see her have an operation for something that is cosmetic. She is good with children and cats but not good with other dogs. The ideal owner would be someone who is home with her during the day. I brought her to Cumberland, RI from Phoenix, AZ in May, after her owner passed away in November of 2021. I was hoping to keep her but my schedule is condusive to meeting her needs because I do travel for work. Feel free to contact me if interested or have additional questions.
