About Leia

Leia is about a year old. Still pretty much like a puppy. She has a very very sweet disposition. She is spayed and approximately 58 lbs. She has received all core vaccines and will be receiving a Lyme vaccine and booster here. She will also be microchipped before leaving. She seems to have a high prey drive so probably best in a home without cats or small animals. She loves attention and can be scared in new environments for a short time. When she is around other dogs she is a rough player. She is crate trained. She will also go potty outside. She came from a kill shelter in NC and was about to be put down. We pulled her and got her fully vaccinated and spayed. She will also be microchipped before leaving our rescue. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans at no charge in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs.
