About Boris

Our family has had Boris since he was 8 weeks old and we love him dearly, but can clearly see he would be much happier in a home without children and a big yard. Boris is half Shiba Inu and half Klee Kai, and has all of the less desirable traits of both breeds. Boris loves his people and is not interested in interacting with strangers or being pet most of time. Being outside in a very secure yard is Boris's happy place. Boris has always struggled with anxiety and we are currently trying anti-anxiety medications with guidance from our vet. To say we are devastated to be facing the possibility to rehome Boris is an understatement. When our son was born we had lots of hope that Boris could adjust with lots of patience and love, but that just has not been the case, unfortunately. Our family is looking for the perfect fit for Boris's forever home and only serious inquiries will be entertained.
