About Casper

Casper was found dumped at the gate of a rural animal shelter, alone, scared and very sick from parasites and fleas. He has made a full recovery thanks to excellent care and is now ready to find his forever home. Casper is friendly, affectionate and who wouldn't want to kiss that speckled nose of his.... **We are a rescue in Mississippi and we bring a bus with our pre-adopted animals to Ohio and KY once a month. We meet with the adopters at a predetermined time and location. We can be available for a video call for a virtual meet and greet after an application has been submitted.
