About Boogie

We call him Boogie because he does the toe tapping dance when he's excited (mostly when we get home or he's about to go outside). He loves being outside and playing chase with our dog Joe. He is vocal, smart, goofy and super sweet. We found him tied to a tree on a trail without water or tags about 3 weeks ago. (People suck). So far he has been such a loving, good boy that is good with people (even strangers) and wants to befriend every dog he sees. He just wants love, attention and affection all the time, And if we didn't already have 3 dogs of our own, we would keep him ourselves. We just don't have enough the space or resources, unfortunately. He doesn't seem like he was trained very well at his last 'home', but he has been learning commands with us pretty easily so he wouldn't be hard to train further, especially since he's still basically a puppy and there have been zero potty accidents inside, no chewing incidents or acts of violence toward anyone (animal or human). With that being said, he's a great dog and would be a good addition to any family.
