Reina is just desperate to break out of her shell and make the most of life, but her shyness is still an obstacle in the shelter setting and she's more comfortable having visitors come and see her in her kennel than she is going out of the door on a leash. She's very nice natured, and loves to receive attention; she loves her food and always leaves her bowl sparkling clean. It won't be long before she's ready to go on hikes, but she has experienced a lot of change in very little time, so she's still coming to terms with her situation. We know that underneath the skittish exterior is a very silly and playful pup, and we're excited to see the journey. Reina is about a year old and weighs 44lbs.
