Ripley is a very sweet boy. He has never been aggressive or shown signs if aggression to any adult or child. He was my first cat and I have acquired 3 after him. He tolerates one of them, but HATES the others. I have tried everything- I even moved to a new house. Our living arrangement has a thick barn door separating the cats. He howls all night long and is now trying to eat through the door to get to my other cat. He would enjoy being the king of the house - the only pet. He is a purring lap cat, but he is super nervous and not living his best life. He is gorgeous - has pristine litter box habits - no health problems, and recently had his teeth polished. It breaks my heart to give him up. It will take him a little while to settle in to a new home, because he is a nervous cat, but I believe he will be happier than he is here. He is very timid, but loves to play. He even retrieves! I would take him back without hesitation if it doesn't work out.. I just want to ensure he has a good quality of life and he is happy. He needs to be the only cat. He lived with a small dog for the first two years of his life and he had no issues with that, but it's been a while since he saw a dog. I will be very selective about his adoption. I need peace of mind.
