Good afternoon, I found this sweet, friendly female miniature pinscher mix (I think?) roaming Pierce Park last night. I took her to an emergency vet to be scanned and she has no microchip. She was left with a carrier, food, dish, and bed and was wearing a collar, but no tags. She is very sweet and friendly, but I cannot keep her.
