About Fiddle

Adoption Fee: $200
Rat Terrier mix
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

This little 13-lb. fellow is Fiddle, a 5-year-old rattie, who came from a hoarding household where he lived with about 20 other dogs. Fortunately he seems to have been decently treated there, as he is sweet, attentive, and not overly fearful--just a little cautious of new situations. Admittedly, there were several things that Fiddle's former owner(s) failed to teach him, such as leash walking, house-training, and car riding, but he has willingly begun to learn these interesting new concepts and has made great progress in just a few days. He is already a pro at being affectionate: snuggling, cuddling, lap sitting, kissing, and any kind of handling you desire. (He thought getting a bath was pretty weird, but he tolerated it patiently.) He sees new people as potential friends, and he accepts new dogs with friendliness... unless they're bigger and bark at him, and then he is likely to bark back to prove that he is not a pushover, despite his little size. Visit Fiddle's online album at https://imageevent.com/beales/fosters/fiddle to see lots more pictures and read more about him. You'll be smitten by his sweet, gentle nature and big, deep eyes. ---------------------------------------------------- IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING FIDDLE, please go to New Rattitude's website at https://newrattitude.org/adopt/, where there is detailed information and a link to our adoption application.
