About TIGGER

To adopt TIGGER, you MUST have a dog living with you now. If you are adopting a puppy, your current dog should not be a senior. We believe senior pups should have peace in their geriatric years. Glad to meet ya! Name's Tigger. T-I-double guh-er! That spells Tigger! Tigger is as bouncy and full of life as his namesake. Both active and friendly, Tigger is full of personality. He enjoys being with people and enjoys snuggling as much as he loves walks. Tigger makes friends with everyone he meets whether they are canine, feline or the human variety. He is an active, playful dog but is content to lie in front of the TV with you at the end of the day. A gorgeous little guy, Tigger is looking for a secure yard and the best spot on the couch! Tigger is a 6 month old brindle Plotthound mix. Pocket rocket Tigger is a very exuberant young boy who's a shoe-in for the title of super-wriggly-bum of the year. Tigger is looking for a very active owner committed to regular exercise and obedience training. Tigger has learned all of his basic commands, sit, lay down, stay, and come. Tigger loves to sit immediately after going outside. He sits patiently and takes his treat ever so gingerly. He is still working on his confidence and has a bit of anxiety in new situations. He does very well in his crate at night, although he has some separation anxiety initially and will cry when you leave the room but settles easily when you return. Tigger is fully house trained; he has never had an accident in his foster mom's house. He is neutered, microchipped, crate trained and up to date on all needed vaccinations. Look at that face! This handsome young boy is a typical happy, energetic pup. At 6 months old Tigger's favourite pastimes include playing with other dogs, playing with toys, playing with people, playing with his tail��%BD'��%BD| well, you get the idea! Tigger is looking for a patient and loving owner who will continue to teach him how to grow into a beautiful and well-behaved dog. He will be your best friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You will be his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. Tigger is neutered and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee is $425. Please note that training is strongly recommended for all dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing.
