No active wounds noted. Scar noted on lip area. No bleeding noted. Other findings: observed dog may be possibly pregnant due to belly and mammary gland development. This was spoken to me after I had assesed dog. At this time, I palpated a swollen vulva and mammary glands were not engorged or lactating.
