About Isabelle

Meet beautiful Isabelle , a 2 year old female American Staffordshire that was luckily confiscated from an animal cruelty situation in SC. The property was full of females being used to breed and produce puppies. They were on chains in the heat and dirt. Amazingly this girl tested negative for heartworm. She weighs 43 lbs and we have had her spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She is super sweet and just wants loving. She has not been socialized with other dogs due to her previous history, but she has been in a foster home briefly with other dogs and did well so we believe she would be best meeting any other dogs in a home at the rescue or neutral ground somewhere. She wants to chase cats so probably a home with no cats. We hope to find her a loving home she deserves. We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans at no charge in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs.
