About Urgendy for Gilbert

Gilbert might be younger than 3 years old (estimated age from the shelter), 65LBS, neutered hound mix, and still in a shelter at this time. Staff have worked very hard to get Gilbert to come out of his shell and he has started to come around. I went to meet him today and I was so surprised to see how happy he was. He is a big goofball and will need to be introduced to a lot of people and go everywhere. He loves other dogs and wants to play all the time. Would be great at the dog park. He is stunning and has beautiful colors. Being in a shelter is hard for any dog and Gilbert is scared there. In the event he might have social issues with people or dogs while at the shelter, this could result in him losing his life simply because of the stressful environment. Look at those eyes!!
