About Benji

Cocker Spaniel / Golden Retriever
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

Meet Benji PLEASE NOTE: This is a Courtesy Listing, and ARRF is unfamiliar with this dog. His contact information is at the end of his bio below. Benji is a sweet, neutered male Spaniel mix, six years old and weighing 30 lbs. Issues from his past have made him fearful of humans, but with a suitable adopter and continued training, he will be the most loyal and loving boy anyone could adopt. He is ready to open his heart to a suitable adopter and would be perfect with a single person or a couple with no kids and no dogs willing to put in the work and effort needed to win his trust. Benji craves affection and is a wiggly, happy boy who would thrive in an environment with the right people. He's cuddly, playful, and animated when playing with his ball or human. He is a loving and loyal boy but can be nervous when people crowd him (stranger danger). Benji is not a fan of kennels and likes to nap in his favorite spots. Benji has moderate energy and is healthy. He loves his daily walks, jogs, scratches, and treats! He is housetrained and knows the basic commands: sit, down and leave it. To meet Benji or ask his foster additional questions, contact Tracy via email or phone: at [email protected] or (619) 370-1076. Benji is being fostered in the Mission Valley area of San Diego.
