About Diamond

I asopted Diamond and her 1 yr old Pup, Roxie from a Houston shelter that was being closed down and these two had nowhere to go but t be euthanized. Diamond the mother is heartworm pos and she's on slow kill routine, she's had her one month of pills and now 1/2 way thru the slow kill. Her pup Roxie is negative and the two MUST not be separated, they suffer anxiety when seperated, and together are smart, instinctively very well behaved and take instruction on one command, house broke, and they are a lovable pair that are easy going and should be at a home with no other dogs or cats. I have rescue dogs here and they deserve a good home where they are focus dogs not 2 among another 6 or so dogs. not fair to them. I rescued them to keep them alive and get Diamond heartworm negative, she's almost there. These 2 are honeslty so well behaved and smart I wish I could keep them, but they need as I said, a home where they are the only 2, they will absolutley suprise you with how smart and well behaved they are, they should be indoor at night and outside when possible. Roxie has a proheart injection good for another 3 months, Diamond has 2 more months of slow kill then she should be neg.
