About Orville

This handsome boy is our sweet Orville. He is a 2 1/2-3 year old mix, 60 lbs, fully vetted. He needs to get out of the kennel! He is a ladies man, ok with dogs with proper intro but doesn't like to share quality items such as bones and food. He loves a good tug of war game. He is the king. And very talented at putting items through the kennel walls to entice Skarn to play with him. We were told no cats for him, but he had an accidental encounter with our (not so smart) resident cat. He was very curious and did go up to the cat but was easily redirected after a good sniff session. He is man selective, but has come so far from the first days of being here with us. He used to bark and growl and retreat to his safe spot with every man but he's gotten so much better! He greets them all now and even allows pats and takes treats from them. He is definitely learning that he can trust people. He needs to be in a home with just women or if there is a man, he must be a very kind, patient man. Please share this boy. He has missing teeth and ribs that were dislocated, and has not had the best life. He just wants a snuggle buddy and a couch, and he deserves all that and more! Update: this boy has been FINE with every man that he has met in the past few weeks. I would still say to take it super slow and only kind, patient men. Also, he will surpass a treat being passed into the kennel for neck scratches ���%A4��%90%BE. He still wants the treat but snuggs first please.
