**DAPPER DODGER** Age 4 Phoenix Az. Meet Dodger. He is a Border Collie mix weighing in at only 38lbs. Looks like he was found as a stray in early August. He went straight to a foster home to decompress and chill. His shelter notes say he was non-reactive to other dogs, and knew his basic commands. He enjoyed exploring the play yard.
