About Dakota

ADOPTION PENDING 3-19-2023 Dakota came to us from the county shelter. Now that he's been with us for while, he's become playful, affectionate and vocal. He barks with excitement once he knows he's going out for a walk and 'Akita talk' just cuz. Dakota is not reactive to other non-reactive dogs and doesn't seem interested in cats. He's house trained and already knows the basics, sit, down and shake, he's easy on leash. At some point, someone had worked with him, he's well trained and social. He was a little thin when he got here, but now he's getting good food and plenty of exercise now and is looking great. He's seen our veterinarian for a well dog exam including a full lab panel and he's perfectly healthy. Dakota is fully vaccinated and micro chipped.
