About CHEEKY

MEET CHEEKY! This sweet girl needs a forever home! Cheeky is a small 6-year-old German Shepherd mix -- about 48 lbs -- who was rescued from a California shelter. She is currently in a foster home in the Seattle area. Cheeky is an active dog with a very happy demeanor. She is friendly with other dogs -- and cats! She loves her walks and would do well with an active person or people who want a running buddy! She loves belly rubs and car rides, but also loves her quiet moments with a chew toy. She knows some commands, but could use a bit of additional training. (For example, she will pull on a leash.) She does not jump on furniture, but will put her head on your lap and look adoringly into your eyes while getting lots of scratches. She loves being petted more than anything - and would do well with a human companion who works from home, or who is retired. She will be your shadow! Cheeky is in good health and a lot of fun.
