About Tanner

Meet the handsome Tanner! This sweet boy is a 3 year old male Pitbull, Boxer mix!! He is about 40lbs. He is a tripod!! He was caught in the photographed claw trap for 2 weeks and had to have his leg amputated as a result. He is great with kids, dogs of all sizes and LOVES everyone he meets. He is super friendly and loves just about everyone and everything he meets. He loves to snuggle and wants to be with you at all times. He still has lots of energy and he loves to romp and play. He never turns down a good belly rub. Even though he is considered an adult, he still has lots of puppy energy! He loves to play ball and to run around the yard. He would make a great addition to a family with an active lifestyle! He is currently located down South at our sister shelters and available for pre-adoption. We do transports to NJ once a month. He can't wait to find his forever home!
